Domestic Violence

Family Violence is a social problem; affect a high percentage of families in any community, in all economic and cultural levels. These are relationships that involve an abuse of power by his control abuse. This abuse can be emotional, physical, sexual, financial or environmental partner. The abusive person develops their behavior in private, showing outwardly respectable, unsuspected. Violent behavior is compatible with any appearance, ability, intelligence, activity, profession. Including those whose family and community performance, institutional or the outside are seemingly above suspicion, people subjected to domestic violence situations present a weakening of their physical and psychological defenses, with devaluation, increased health problems, many suffer from depression or illness psychosomatic, and desire to die, with a marked decrease in job performance. In children and adolescents appear: learning difficulties, behavioral problems and interpersonal problems. Children who were victims of violence or who grew up in this context, tend to play them on their future relations and impact families and communities.

In recent years it’s have been realized great efforts to recognize that domestic violence as a human rights violation. Due to this reason you must make them aware of fighting in both men and women that family unity is made based on love and respect and above all on God's commandments. We must show them that life today is not easy to raise and educate our children we represent a lot of effort and pressures that can lead to the wrong road and take our anger, worries and frustrations with the family when they are the least indicated to receive a bad treatment by parents. If we are not able to handle our grief, anger and concerns and make it our family to live moments of suffering because of them it is better to seek both spiritual and psychological support, which will bring many positive benefits including members of our family. In conclusion every effort that every member of the family do, contribute to avoid domestic violence and we also taught the new generation the importance of the family in our society.

Anorexia and Bulimia

Anorexia and bulimia are the two most common eating disorders and both have a serious psychological problem. These diseases, It can be have it both sexes are more common in women and in stages such as adolescence or pre-adolescence. Although those who suffer have a common goal as is the desire to lose weight and control your weight obsession, there are important differences between them in relation to the behavior of patients and their symptoms. The main difference between anorexia and bulimia observed is linked to the behavior of patients to control their weight. On the other hand, people with anorexia have a much driver to your target weight loss behavior, for all their actions are aimed at analyzing and carefully control what you eat, and even may reach not eat anything all day. However, both conditions are extremely dangerous and require specific psychiatric treatment, so you should seek the help of a good specialist.

Bullying in School

Bullying can happen in school, so it is the responsibility of students to protect their classmates and to show everyone the dignity and respect they would like to be treated with. The first line of defense in bullying is in student’s own behavior. But when that fails, it must be brought to the attention of someone in authority, like a teacher. The concept of someone in authority failing to address the problem is simply not acceptable. This is why you must speak to a teacher you trust and know will do something to stop the bullying. Bullying is happening everywhere, even at your own school. You may not see it, you may not know it is there, but it is happening and it causes unimaginable pain to the victims. The only way to end bullying is to talk about it openly rather than making it a taboo issue. If someone is hurting another person, they will not stop unless someone either a fellow classmate or someone in authority stands up for the victim and tells their tormentor to stop. Bullying is everyone’s problem; therefore everyone has to be part of the solution.

Social Networking

Social networking is a phenomenon with advantages and disadvantages gaining more followers, especially for youth and adolescents. Most young people spend hours online in social networks; they must know that they are exposed to many dangers. One disadvantage is the loss of interaction with their social environment and family; they can also become victims of identity theft cyberbullying and are exposed to people who often do not know, publishing personal information. They become victims of viruses and damaged software. If not used properly it can turn into an addiction. Among the advantages are: increased communication and interaction among young people, as well as facilitates the relationship between people without the cultural and physical barriers, updates on topics of interest information is collected and also allow attend events, participate in events and conferences, It can be used in academic and labor, to exchange various innovative experiences.  Social networks can become a very useful technological teaching tool for students and teachers but we should consider how we will use to take advantage of them and not see us involved with its disadvantages.

This a delicious recipe and traditional food in Honduras , first we need flour, water , oil, salt. these ingredients to the flour tortilla , then the second step is to mix the ingredients slowly to form a uniform and moldable, but remember that most importantly is to mix all ingredients well, as third step we need to put the omelet in a pan , we must also place the tortillas on a blanket , finally add the tortilla eggs, beans, sour cream and cheese to taste

El Salvador Independence Day

The Independence Day is celebrated every year on September 15 regardless of what day of the week is, on this day the national anthem is sung in all schools and secondary education institutes . Today Salvadoran students also perform civic events for independence and then a parade through different places , depending on the department and area where they are, some schools make short parades in their colonies, others in the main streets of San Salvador prepares and other departments . These children march in parades while rows following the peace band from their school . Today the Republic of El Salvador is a sovereign and independent state that celebrates its independence every September 15. 

What makes me happy?

Listening and playing the piano makes me feel happy because give me peace, confidence and security. One of the most important challenges in my life has been this one, at first it was very frustrated , but with practice I can feel peace to hear the harmony that this instrument produces. During the life we have challenges and trials, is when I go to piano bench and play my favorite piece, the confidence that comes into my soul lets me know how to overcome the challenges , I believe that playing the piano allows me to be sure of myself . I am very happy to have acquired this ability that allows me to develop other skills.
